What a sick style, love it. I'm not crazy about the background because it seems like you rushed to fill it rather than come up with a thoughtful solution, but otherwise this is hot. Nice colors.

The only problem I have here is the inconsistency in style and lighting between the man's tux and his face. I love your use of color and especially the catch-light you included on the shadowed eye. Gorgeous!

I feel the shadow belonging to the 'guy' in the upper right is somewhat awkward, maybe a bit too dramatic for the rest of the lighting here, probably should have a warmer tone. Otherwise, very nice work.

yeah, I agree with that. I noticed it too, but then I noticed I spent too much time on the whole thing so I lost the motivation to tweak everything.
